Whether you prefer your noodles dry, fried, or bathed in fragrant broth, the textures and aromas unite harmoniously in each bite.
A signature dish such as the Mi Dac Biet – a special combination egg noodle dish served either dry or with soup broth – arrives piping hot and bursting with meaty goodness complemented by the subtle crunch of pickled peppers and the delicate snap of fresh bean sprouts. Betty Moey’s recommendation to add a dash of house-pickled jalapeño transforms the bowl into an elevated masterpiece, marrying spice, freshness, and umami in every mouthful.
Late-night visitors and early risers alike find solace in the flavors of My Vi Mi Gia. Khoa Vo, who stopped by after a tiring three-hour flight, found the dry Mi Dac Biet “exceptional” – applauding the noodles’ perfect texture and balanced seasoning. Nam Le’s experience echoes the welcoming atmosphere and authentic taste, advising future diners to arrive early or patiently wait for a table, a testament to the restaurant’s popularity and commitment to quality.

Delicious food. We ordered different types of soups. Soups are definitely shareable and will fill you up even if you share. Plenty of noodles and vegetables and meat in the soup. Pretty traditional. I want to go back. I didn’t go for ambience. Parking lot in front and back. Eat delicious soups.
Delicious noodles.friendly atmosphere. Came early in the morning to fully enjoy the noodles. Else patiently put your name on wait list right outside the glass door. As always follow local for good authentic food. Worth the wait.
My to go to place for specialty egg noodles, fry or with soup broth! The house special noodle bowl comes with different cuts of beef, shrimp and fried pork lards. If you get the fry option, a small if clear soup broth served along with it. To give it an extra Ump, add the picked jalapeño to your noodles along with some bean fresh or steamed sprouts. Mixed well and enjoy! We also ordered roasted duck leg with egg noodles. It’s a different version of what I had at other places. Their salted dishes and chicken fried rice is really good as well. Service was quick. Comfortable place to eat and go.
Stopped by here tonight for a quick late night snack after a 3 hour plane flight from Texas. We came in with a group of 6 and was seated right away. After a quick peek at the menu, I ordered Mi Dac Biet (8.49$) and Mi Hoanh Thanh Dac Biet (8.99$), and both were amazing. Man oh man the dry Mi Dac Biet was exceptional and highly recommended if it’s your first time. The noodles were cooked just right and portion size was decent for the price. I think they used fried pork belly as a seasoning for the noodles and it was amazing. The Mi Hoanh Thanh was also super delicious. It was cool out so the tasty broth really hit the spot. Too bad I don’t love in Westminster because I would hit up this spot every day of the week and broke.
Good average Chinese noodle house. Had vegetarian hu tieu. Flavor is ok, a bit to much soy based products that produce aftertaste. Portions are ok and price is ok.
The dry special combo large is $9.50 +tax and is probably the best tasting dry noodles I’ve had. There’s an oyster sauce to it but to make it really good, you gotta customize by adding more black vinegar, sriracha, ot sate, and chili peppers. The service sucks here, it really does! But who cares, take it to go and be happy! Look at the fried chicharones! It included slices of pork, squidies, shrimpies, innard slices like liver or kidney, and some kind of fish patty. Oh, it comes with a soup as well. Really good. The thing about this place is that I have to try my best to ignore how disgusting the place is to enjoy the food...lmfao, gotta have a good coping mechanism for places like this haha
